The last promise of D&C 93:1-2 is that those souls who would rise up would "know that I am; And that I am the true light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world;"

When Enoch spoke with God, he seemed a little confused as to why heaven would weep over his vision of the future flood seeing that God is just. God revealed something about himself that opened Enoch's heart to "swell wide as eternity" and understand this great and last promise.

I believe at that moment Enoch understood the full meaning of Christ's statement that "Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."

I believe he likewise understood the manner God revealed himself to Moses, when he "looked, and beheld the world upon which he was created; and Moses beheld the world and the ends thereof, and all the children of men which are, and which were created; of the same he greatly marveled and wondered....and beheld the earth, yea, even all of it; and there was not a particle of it which he did not behold, discerning it by the Spirit of God. And he beheld also the inhabitants thereof, and there was not a soul which he beheld not; and he discerned them by the Spirit of God; and their numbers were great, even numberless as the sand upon the sea shore."
