Two days ago on Thursday July 9th, we watched to some of Todd White's videos. One of the things he said struck me.

"If we would press into this and see the reality of Jesus on the tree; see He was crucified for my offenses, right? But before. Anyone that saw the movie "The Passion", a lot of Christians won't watch it because they're like 'It's too gross, I can't watch it.' You need to watch it, you need to tape your eyelids open because the Bible says that it was much worse than that. It says he was marred beyond any man. And if we don't see the reality of what Jesus went through, then we'll never ever walk out the covenant that he paid for. And I have to understand that. There's a song that says 'I'll never know how much it cost, to see my sin upon that cross.' I don't sing it that way. I sing 'I need to know how much it cost to see my sin upon that cross.' Because I need to know how much it cost, because the cost that he paid for me, determines my value. And if I see that I will realize, I am valuable for the Father, and he paid a price for me to walk in healing." (Todd White, Interview, "What if Nobody Gets Healed?" @11:30)

Yesterday, LHB had a spiritual experience where she was filled with the Love of God. She was on fire and gave me this blessing.

"I thank God for the love you [Father] and Jesus have for us and for the love we have for them and the love you and I have for each other.

"Love is powerful and we have power through love to overcome Satan, temptation and the devil.

"I thank you Jesus for the love that you have for us to come down.

"We know how much I love you [MSB] and my love is deep and my love doesn't compare to the love Jesus and God have for you.

"You have been bound down by Satan, his temptations, I command him to leave.

"You will look into the eyes of Jesus and see your reflection.

"You will receive the power and authority you desire.

"You will do many mighty works.

"You will be a savior on Mount Zion.

"You will be an angel to your children."

It was a powerful blessing that spoke to the very deepest parts and worries of my heart.

Today, a friend in Utah posted this talk by Graham Cooke called Brokeness. It was the best 50m I ever spent.

"Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away." (1 Corinthians 13:8)

True prophecies always come to pass, knowledge never ceases, the gifts shall never be done away, but when they are stacked against the love that God has for you they cannot compare and all fade away being far from the mind of the one that is loved. All these things fail in that they fail to compare and vanish from the heart. All of our reasoning and struggle to understand God vanishes in an unutterable rapture.

"'The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.' Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me." (Isaiah 49:14-16)

Below is just the description of how the song came about with the words.

I've wept almost all day realizing that I am worth God's love, that he will always love me, he always will. What an incomprehensible, indescribeable thing it is.

Jesus doesn't look at me from the cross and cause me to guiltily shrink in shame and say, "How hard this is to bear!" He look at me and says "Please look, this is how much I love you. I will always love you, even if you turn from me."

His wounds that he allows us to hide in is the cloak of charity he gives to us created from his own sacrificed body.
